The purpose of this project was to generate excitement for a vacationer's upcoming stay after they booked on the Xplorie.com OTA and direct them to their complimentary activity program's microsite for activity information. In this use case, the Xplorie emails could only be sent pre-arrival and post-stay to complement the emails coming directly from the property managers.

The emails were successful in directing guests to their microsite for more information. So much so that we were able to move from providing a physical card to going completely digital the following year. Improvements continue to be made to content as the product grows and evolves.
